HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MATCHA

STEP 1 — SIFT

Add approximately 2 g of matcha powder through the strainer into your ceramic bowl.

STEP 2 — ADD WATER

Pour in approximately 70 ml of water at 70–80°C.

STEP 3 — WHISK

Use your bamboo whisk in a quick W-shaped motion until the powder is evenly mixed and a delicate foam develops.

STEP 4 — ENJOY

Drink it traditionally, or add your favorite milk for a creamy matcha latte.

Store matcha sealed in a cool, dry location away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Follow the storage instructions on the supplied tea packaging.

Rinse the bamboo whisk after use and allow it to air-dry on its holder. Hand-wash the preparation accessories unless the manufacturer confirms dishwasher compatibility.
